Real Estate Agent
I am an expert in the Las Vegas & Henderson market. I have been actively selling real estate since 2016. I won’t stop working until YOU get the results you want!
I have impeccable communication and negotiation skills. I am honest and extremely hard-working, which has earned me a spot among the top 5% of active agents in the Las Vegas Valley.
In 2019, I was recognized internationally as one of the “Top 30 under 30” real estate award recipients. I have also been a multiple award winner of the “Top 40 under 40” Realtors within all brokerages in the Greater Las Vegas Area.
Although I am originally a California native, I have grown a love and pride for this city and now consider it my forever home. I look forward to assisting you with your real estate needs!
"Sarah Cadiz treated me like family during my house hunting adventures in Las Vegas. Sarah was kind, patient and professional throughout the whole process! Thanks to her, we were able to land our dream home in a desirable location and a new friend in the area!"

"Just great service all-around from start to finish. Would highly recommend Sarah to anyone shopping for a home in Las Vegas! Despite a tough market, she made the search and sale a nery nice experience."
Jeff Benoit
"Sarah was a pleasure to work with. She was available regardless of whether it was the weekend or even later in the evening. We’ve worked with Coldwell Banker on two houses in two states over the past few years and out experience has been exceptional both time. Highly recommended."
