I normally don't do these things and write reviews, but I was so impressed with Rick that I decided to do one. My home buying experience could not have been any better. Rick was always available at the drop of a dime to show me and my wife a house (even on weekends). He almost always answered his phone and even when he didn't (because of a meeting) and I had to leave a message, he would call me back damn near immediately. He was also extremely quick to reply to emails (and believe me.... that was a hell of a task to keep up with due to all the questions my wife had). His knowledge of the areas and the houses he showed us was top notch and he literally answered every question we had ranging from the type of house, the builder of the house, the local area, the local schools, etc. He also had advice on fixing up the house we bought and even provided us with a contractor to do the work we needed done before we move in. I could literally keep going on and on about how awesome Rick truly was. And I promise I wasn't paid for this review. Lol. The wife and I are just truly impressed with and grateful for the experience we had with Rick. I definitely recommend him to any and everyone.

Rick was very responsive during my real estate transaction. He viewed the client relationship as a true partnership, which provided for a good working environment. He was hard working during the deal process and was especially easy to deal with. The sale however took a few weeks longer than I had anticipated, as the buyer was updating the terms of the deal often. Rick was very professional during this process as well and provided a positive negotiating atmosphere, which helped close the deal. I highly recommend Rick as a real estate consultant. Needless to say, me and my family will use him again as he is now officially our family real estate advisor.
